National Minimum Wage

The current Minimum National Wage rates payable from 1st April 2022 are as follows:
£9.50 an hour for workers aged 23 and over (National Living Wage)
£9.18 an hour for workers aged 21 to 22
£6.83 for workers aged 18 to 20
£4.81 for workers aged under 18
£4.81 for apprentices.
Next increase due 1st April 2023.

The territorial coverage is worldwide excluding professional business carried out from an office in the United States of America or Canada and excludes any action for a claim brought in any court in the United States of America or Canada.
Complaints and dispute resolution
We aim to provide our clients with a fully satisfactory service and your engagement partner will seek to ensure that this is so. If, however, you are unable to deal with any difficulty through him and his team please contact one of the other partners to discuss your concern. We undertake to look into any complaint carefully and promptly and to do all we can to explain the position to you. If we do not answer your complaint to your satisfaction, you may of course take up the matter with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales or the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, by whom we are regulated.
Potential conflicts of interest
If a conflict of interest should arise, either between two or more of our clients or in the provision of multiple services to a single client, we will take such steps as are necessary to deal with the conflict. In resolving the conflict, we would be guided by the Code of Ethics of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales which can be viewed at www.icaew.com/regulations/ethics , Code of Ethics section 220.
